After years of working in the property management industry, Junior Valencia saw firsthand the challenges HOAs face lack of communication, slow response times, and a one-size-fits-all approach that left communities feeling overlooked. Determined to make a difference, Junior founded Amalfi Management with a vision to bring a more personal, proactive, and transparent style of HOA management to the industry. Inspired by a deep appreciation for charm, structure, and a strong sense of community, the company was named to reflect those same values, beauty, balance, and strong foundations. I set out to build a luxury management company grounded in these principles.
